Processing Times

Please note estimated delivery dates for your order are shown in checkout to assist you. However dispatch of your order may occasionally be delayed if you have ordered a made-to-order item with a lead time or you have selected a specialist delivery service

 

Delivery Costs & Time frames

- Free 1st class post by Royal Mail to all areas of the UK estimated 1-2 days


-International orders will ship by International tracked & signed –  £20 or FREE for orders over £80

Estimated delivery ranges from 5 days to 20 days for the above countries.  

 

-Please note, For all items sent out of the UK we cannot accept responsibility for any delays at Customs

We deliver to most countries in the world. If you have a working postal service where you live, chances are we can deliver to you! Please email us if you cannot see your country listed in the delivery destination chooser at checkout.
Large international shipments may be split into medium parcels where applicable due to weight and volume restrictions.

returns, refunds, exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from sarahandtopsy.co.uk, you can return it to us within 28 days of receipt, in their original condition in accordance with the policy and guidelines below.

We will issue a refund or online credit on receipt, or an exchange if preferred.  Please note made to order items are exempt from the below policy. 

 

Return Costs and Addresses

Any unwanted items must be returned to us at your own cost.

Please note: The returned goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods in event of loss or damage.

If you are returning goods to us from outside of the UK, please indicate on any customs form that the goods are 'returned items of UK origin' with a minimum customs value.  Failure to do so may result in your return parcel being held by UK customs and may be returned to you, or a fee may be charged for customs clearance or brokerage.

Any fees charged directly to us by your return parcel courier (clearance/handling/VAT/tax/customs/duty) may be deducted from your refund.  Please note FedEx services usually charge us a £21 handling fee to receive an international shipment - this will be deducted from your refund if applicable, therefore we do not recommend using FedEx to return parcels back to us.
